Mostly, used for food preservation to maintain freshness for a long time. In general, cold rooms are controlled at -18 degrees Celsius, 24 hours. The temperature control may be varied depends upon type of goods stored, such as

Cold storage for fruit, temperature approximately 0 to +7 degrees Celsius.
Cold storage for vegetables, temperature approximately 0 to +13 degrees Celsius.
Cold room for meat, temperature approximately -3 to -7 degrees Celsius.
Cold storage for seafood, temperature approximately -18 degrees Celsius.
Cold room for milk and dairy product, temperature approximately 0 degrees Celsius
Cold storage for medicine, such as vaccines, to maintain quality and proper shelf life, temperature approximately +2 to +8 degrees Celsius.

How many types of Cold Room are there?

In general, cold room types divided according to usage patterns as follows

Air Blast Chill Room, temperature approximately -10 to +2 degrees Celsius or depending on the product.
Freezer Room, temperature approximately -5 degrees Celsius to -25 degrees Celsius or depending on the product.
Cold Storage, temperature around -25 degrees Celsius or depending on the product.

Is a small cold room, container like. Can hold products from 2 tons to 10 tons, depending on the type of product. The temperature is approximately +18 to -40 degrees Celsius. It is a small to large cold room. It can contain products from 2 tons to 100 tons. The temperature ranges +18 to -60 degrees Celsius.
